- There are so many things that'll cause that problem. Simply put, the
- light doesn't go out because the drive never finidhes it's reset
- process. So you could have a bad 6502, bad ROMs, bad RAM, bad 6522's,
- and so on. This actually happened to a guy here about a couple of
- weeks ago. Mike, who is an expert on everything, said the first thing
- to check would be the 6502, then the ROMs. If you don't find the
- problem there, then it's kinda pick and choose (if your 6522's are in
- sockets, I'd check them since they would be easy to test).
- The problem with the guys drive was the 6502. Pulled one from an IEEE
- interface and got it working again.
